The food was nice and the breakfast was rich. The staff was incredible and delivered exceptional service. The location was good, not far from restaurant onsite, and had exceptionally good views.

The bed was comfortable.

Vegans live a Spartan life: for breakfast coffee, muesli (with juice), bread, jam, fruit. That's it.

This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was really good, marvellous location really close to restaurant onsite, the motorway exit and the higway, excellent staff. The breakfast was varied, had lots of options and the food was good. The free parking was at the back of the building, very efficient service. Late check-out was useful🙂

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the town center, with a restaurant and harbour nearby, making it a great choice, especially for those heading to Brussels airport.

Very nice staff. Rich breakfast and highly recommended restaurant. We had a wonderful weekend at the hotel.

This hotel on the outskirts of town offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. I particularly loved the location, with its picturesque views overlooking the river. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast spread was also impressive.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The room was small but adequate for one night. Although on the front overlooking the road, the double glazing kept out almost all of the road noise.

The meal was good but a little pricey.

Access for vehicles with low ground clearance is problematic. Entrance/exit on a busy main road where cars drive fast.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are on par with other places we've stayed while traveling. The attention to detail is evident throughout, especially in the spacious and clean rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection is also impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was satisfactory, no major issues seen.

Located by the river and close to the highway, this hotel is very convenient for a stop on a long journey. the room is clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bed. the breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and is included in the price, making for a great start to the day. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing a fan in hot weather.

The hotel’s proximity to the highway can make it quite loud at times, particularly when soundproofing is lacking.

Very friendly and efficient staff. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. This Hotel is an excellent ambassador for the 'Best Western' group and a credit to it's owners. Restaurant and Bar excellent. Room very clean and comfortable. Convieniently located for the Motorway network and free parking. Also Wi - Fi.

bathroom clean, otherwise nothing

The hotel was very shabby, the staff were rude, ignoring us. The chef was ill, so no dinner, no help to find alternative. The coffee machine did not work at breakfast and they charged the bar bill to the room, after paying on the night. We have a Best Great western near to us (Centurian, Midsomer Norton, Bath) and we expexted similar.
